Therapy

 Paula is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, sand tray, art, inner child and parts work, person-centered therapy, attachment, strength-based, structural dissociation, deep brain reorienting and Internal Family Systems informed (IFS). She is certified and a consultant-in-training in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR),  Certified and a consultant-in-training in Brainspotting, first responders and emergency personnel, post-traumatic stress disorder and trauma.
