Who I am:
I am a person who is excited to learn new things. I think of life as a learning experience and I use that experience to help others to grow as well as growth in myself. I have a fun personality that is supportive and calming. I have learned that my mistakes are part of our learning process. I can admit I have made plenty mistakes in my life and learning from those experiences have enhanced my growth. If you want someone you can learn from and feel comfortable to ask questions without fear than I am the person for you. This is my second career, and I love what I do. In my first career, I was a supervisor that trained others so I understand the teaching and learning aspect of life. I like to spend my time with my son, husband and 4 dogs. I hike several times a week to enjoy nature and our sunrises. I enjoy painting, being creative and spending time with my younger parts in play.

I am: a Certified and Consultant in Training in EMDR, Certified in BrainSpotting, National Emergency Responder and Public Safety Certified Clinician, Certified Family Trauma Professional and a Certified Children and Adolescent Trauma Professional
I am trained in Parts Work and Inner Child Work, Internal Family Systems informed, Structural Dissociation, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Deep Brain Reorientation, Extensive Trauma training, Attachment, Neurobiology of Grief, Substance Use, Multi-dimensional Inventory of Dissociation (MID), Pain, Sand tray and play therapy.
I have experience: working in community mental health, Department of Child Safety, Psychiatric Hospital, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Outpatient groups for adults and adolescents, Pregnancy Crisis Center, Veterans, Police, Fire and emergency response units, supervising clinicians, other responders including health professionals and clinicians, LGBTQ+ community, refugees, geriatric, children and adolescents.
