Many individuals can experience a wide range of different symptoms related to current events, social media, family or other relationships in their life, their job, day to day stress, a traumatic event or several traumatic events.

I can help you overcome these symptoms.  I offer easy solutions to help calm the your emotions and feelings that contribute to the symptoms above. We work together to find answers and more balance in your life. Each client and treatment is individualized for each person. No cookie cutter treatments here.

There are online or in office sessions. 

I can assist you in rediscovering your motivation, improve your quality of life or find joy that was lost. I am here to help.

Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners require associate license clinicians to be supervised by an independent clinical supervisor. Paula is a board approved clinical supervisor.  If you are needing help with supervision, please contact Paula to see if she might be a good fit for you. 

Services for counseling:  $180.00 per intake/ $175.00 per session

Insurances accepted: Aetna 

Out of network: I can provide a super bill  or receipt for insurance reimbursement. 

Paula offers EMDR and BSP intensives. 

Supervision fees are dependent on each Supervisee's situation. Please contact Paula for more information.

Ms. Johnson is an EMDRIA approved C.I.T. (Consultant-In-Training) for EMDR Consulting. Paula offer's discounted consultation hours for those individuals who would like to take their EMDR training to the next level to certification from EMDRIA. Please reach out if you are interested in consultation for certification or interested in additional information regarding EMDR therapy.
