Hello! Thank you for taking the time to stop by.

I am originally from Niagara Falls, New York (Buffalo area). I am a huge Buffalo Bills fan! GO BILLS!! I have been in Arizona for over 20 years. The Arizona desert is amazing with its colorful sunrises and sunsets. Hiking helps me enjoy the solitude of the desert while taking time for myself. I enjoy my time with family and friends. Being creative brings me joy. I enjoy helping others grow and move forward from their struggles. I feel honored to help others heal.
